Nando’s Peri-Peri Sauce

Go buy it!

I bought the small bottle the other day and made grilled chicken wings and they were just like at the restaurant.

I sprinkled salt, and squeezed the juice of one lemon and added provencal herbs mix over the wings and let it sit for about 20 minutes.

Added 1/3 cup of the peri-peri (we’re the medium spicy kind of people) sauce, and let it sit for another 20 minutes.

Grill for about 15 minutes on each side, regularly basting with the marinade.

Dig in while still hot!
